Our Story
Our founder, Marshall Gay, is a transplant from Atlanta who started working as a heating and air technician when he was still in his teens. After nine years learning the business and perfecting his skills, Marshall started his own company out of the back of his truck. With his "customer-first" approach (and the help of his lovable French bulldog, Mr. Moose), he soon made the company a recognizable brand throughout the area.
Carolina Climate Control continues to grow, and now we have 15 trucks and roughly 40 employees to serve our customers, and we’ve expanded our service area to bring our skill and customer-centric approach to even more homeowners.
