Way better than a local and popular NAME company I used previously. Hunter and Derek (and the rest of the crew) are just top notch. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again if the need arises. Great people and great work so far.
The entire team at Carolina Climate was fantastic. I really appreciate their attention to detail and thorough review of my HVAC system with me. They followed up the next day to ensure everything was functioning great...which it was. There were intentional to ensure I only repaired the "need to have" versus the "nice to have" and explained this along the way. All the crew were great...especially Derrick and Andy!
Andy was very professional, polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. He gave me some good advice on maintaining the HVAC system.
Our air unit was on its last leg(20 year old unit) and we called and they had a great deal going on and had us an appointment that week to install a new unit thermostat and re do our duct work. Super friendly customer service and connivence for an appointment when we needed it fast!
